Ray Grimm - Chairman and CEORay Grimm is a seasoned and highly regarded executive in the Direct Selling Industry with a track record that includes the successful launch of three companies, each achieving over $50 million in annual sales within their first five years. Mr. Grimm has served as Chairman, CEO, President and COO in these companies. He recently sold his interest in a 15 year old Direct Sales Company that he co founded in 1989 to start BIOPRO Technology. Mr. Grimm believes companies are a reflection of their people and surrounds himself with the best in the industry. His management style creates an attractive work environment where empowerment defines the corporate culture. Mr. Grimm’s professional affiliations include being a member of the Direct Selling Association (DSA), a board member of the Multilevel Marketing International Association (MLMIA), a member of the UCLA Chancellors Associates, President of the California State Board of Childhelp USA, member of San Diego State Big 64, and sits on the Board of Advisors and Directors of a number of companies in Southern California. |

Alfred Hanser - PresidentAlfred Hanser is an experienced Marketing and Sales Consultant, as well as a successful entrepreneur. During his career, Mr. Hanser worked as a Management Consultant for a prominent international Marketing and Sales Consulting firm. He worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Merck, Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson. Further, Mr. Hanser co-founded a European medical device distribution company that has since grown into a multi-million-dollar operation with representation in 7 countries. He is also a co-founder of WellCare, Inc., a California-based Wellness Program Provider to affiliations with large membership-bases. Mr. Hanser serves on the Board of Directors for several U.S. and European companies, and holds Magna-Cum-Laude degrees in Organizational Behavior Business Policy and International Business from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. |

L. Eric Alexander - Vice President of SalesEric Alexander has been a principal in bringing products and services to the marketplace for over 35 years. He helped pioneer the laser videodisc technology in the early 1980s by recruiting and training the largest single sales organization in the Direct Selling Industry at that time. Most recently Eric was Director of Training for a one billion dollar global company. Eric is extremely skilled in helping build field organizations, teaching team building, organizational development, and management techniques. His success in Network Marketing places him on a short list of knowledgeable industry professionals. |

Darah Grimm Roslyn - Vice President of Customer RelationsMrs. Roslyn oversees all Customer Relations for BIOPRO. She is also involved in sales and field training. With strong customer service skills she recognizes that excellent customer service is the key to continued growth in any organization. Mrs. Roslyn also participates in marketing projects and oversees all field communication. Prior to BIOPRO, Mrs. Roslyn was the top Sales Representative for Dickie Walker Clothing Company and also worked in Customer Service with Bodywise International. Mrs. Roslyn is a graduate of UCLA with a degree in Sociology, and also is CoChapter Leader of the San Diego Chapter of Room to Read, a charity that provides the lifelong gift of education to children in the developing world. |

Gary Merritt - Vice President of OperationsMr. Merritt has been instrumental in the start up of 3 different network marketing companies that all exceeded 50 million dollars in annual sales within their first 36 months. With over 23 years experience in the industry, he has been involved in all phases of operations. With a focus on warehousing, distribution, and customer care, as operations manager he has implemented Standard Operating Procedures to better serve the field and sales force at BIOPRO. |

Rachel Freno - CIOMs. Freno has nearly two decades of experience in the Network Marketing industry. Specializing in Technology and Operations, her background includes systems implementation and management, software specification requirements, database management, infrastructure development, and end user support. She has managed projects involving migration from legacy systems to state of the art technology and the deployment and support of those new technologies. Ms. Freno has had the opportunity to work for several multi million dollar companies, starting with them from inception and supporting them through their exponential growth throughout the US, Canada, and other countries world wide. |

Danica Grimm Ciulli - Vice PresidentDanica Ciulli brings an extensive background in graphic arts to BIOPRO. She oversees all creative projects including Brochures, Product Flyers, Monthly Updates and Magazine providing the BIOPRO Consultants with professional presentation materials. Prior to BIOPRO she was the top Sales Representative and Trade Show Coordinator for NPICenter.com. Mrs. Ciulli graduated from UCLA with a BA in Studio Art and is the creative genius behind many of the marketing materials offered by BIOPRO Technology. |

Bonnie Taylor - Director of TrainingYears ago, good friends introduced Bonnie to network marketing, and she has come to believe that it is the greatest career opportunity available. Because there is still a “glass ceiling” in corporate companies, Bonnie is passionate about working with women in network marketing. This led to the creation of women’s expos held all over the world, a guest event designed to allow women to uplift and support women. Bonnie has built two successful network marketing businesses herself, and she has committed to put her personal experiences into helping others become successful. Before coming to BIOPRO, she was Director of Training for one of the world’s largest network marketing companies. Bonnie makes her home in Charlotte, North Carolina. She says the best work she has ever done is raise her four beautiful daughters. Bonnie also has five perfect GRANDchildren and two terrific bonus sons (sons-in-law) that she created on her Dream Map. Her mission is to inspire others to believe in themselves, see the beauty in other people, and lives their lives “on purpose”. | |
