Compensation Plan Overview

• Signs up for $49.95; – receives Welcome Kit, (BIOPRO Web Site included when Consultant Qualifies to be paid as a Consultant.)
• Develop $250 Group Volume (GV) in any calendar month and have monthly $50 PV or $35 ARO to be Qualified. (*See note about being “Active”).
• Receive a 20% discount off the retail price on all personal orders.
• Receive 15% commission on 1st level Consultants.
• Receive 5% ARO Bonus (based on the ARO wholesale value) on all personally sponsored Consultants, and retail customers.
• To get paid at this level, Consultants must maintain $50 Personal Volume (PV) or $35 ARO and $250 GV.

• Develop $500 Group Volume (GV) in any calendar month and have monthly $50 PV or $35 ARO to be Qualified. (*See note about being “Active”).
• Receive a 20% discount off the retail price on all personal orders.

Two ways to become a Manager:

A. Purchase $2,000 Business Builder/Manager Pack ($49.95 fee waived; BIOPRO webste included*), and be on $100 ARO, or;

B. Work your way to Manager (“Work-In”)

1. Accumulate $1,000 Group Volume (GV) in a calendar month.
2. Subscribe to $100 ARO to be Active**.
   

To re-qualify as a Manager you do $1,000 GV and $100 ARO in a calendar month.
The wholesale discount for personal purchases for the Rank of Manager and higher is 30% off retail.

Key points relating to the Manager Rank:

C. A Business Builder/Manager must establish their ARO for $100 at the time that they initially enroll. The ARO requirement is waived in the month that they join, but must be in effect for the next calendar month.

D. A Consultant who works their way to Manager with a $1,000 GV, will become a qualified Manager in the month in which he/she has a $100 ARO, and has $1,000 in GV.

E. Those that work their way to Manager qualify to receive Manager benefits the month following the month they qualified.

F. Remember, all new Consultants have 30 days to upgrade to the Rank of Manager by purchasing a Business Builder Pack.

• Receive 30% discount on all personal purchases.
• Receive website* (if previously not assigned)
• Eligible to receive additional 10% rebate on total PV if Manager achieves $4,000 in PV during the calendar month. (Business Builder Kit volume will not be counted towards the $4,000 Personal Volume requirement to earn the 10% Personal Volume Rebate.)

A manager who has a $100 ARO is always eligible to earn Quick Start Bonuses

**Active Consultant means the Consultant has ordered their required PV or subscribed to minimum required ARO in the month.

• Three (3) Manager legs need to generate a minimum of $1,000 GV in each leg, with 40% of the $10,000 GV*** requirement ($4,000) being generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).

• Develop five (5) Personally sponsored Managers, be on a minimum of $100 ARO, and have $20,000 GV in a calendar month.
• Five (5) separate Manager legs need to generate a minimum of $1,000 GV in each leg, 40% of the $20,000 GV*** requirement ($8,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).

• Develop seven (7) Personally sponsored Managers (which includes two [2] personally sponsored, Paid-as Directors or above), have $30,000 GV*** in a calendar month, and be on a minimum of $100 ARO.
• Seven (7) separate Manager legs need to generate a minimum of $1,000 GV in each leg. 40% of the $30,000 GV requirement ($12,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).

• Develop nine (9) Personally sponsored Managers (which includes two (2) personally sponsored, Paid-as Senior Directors or above), have $40,000 GV*** in a calendar month, and be on a minimum of $100 ARO.
• Nine (9) separate Manager legs need to generate a minimum of $1,000 GV in each leg. 40% of the $40,000 GV requirement ($16,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).
• Receive 30% discount on all product purchases.
• Eligible to receive additional 10% rebate on total PV if you achieve $4,000 in PV during the calendar month. Business Builder Kit volume will not be counted towards the $4,000 Personal Volume requirement to earn the 10% Personal Volume Rebate.

Two of the nine (9) legs need to be personally sponsored, Paid-as Senior Director (or above) for that commission month. 40% of the $40,000 GV requirement ($16,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).

• Develop nine (9) Personally sponsored Managers (which includes three (3) personally sponsored, Paid-as Senior Directors or above), have $100,000 GV*** in a calendar month, and be on a minimum of $100 ARO.
• Nine (9) separate Manager legs need to generate a minimum of $1,000 GV in each leg. 40% of the $100,000 GV requirement ($40,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).
• Receive 30% discount on all product purchases.
• Eligible to receive additional 10% rebate on total PV if you achieve $4,000 in PV during the calendar month. Effective immediately, and Business Builder Kit volume will not be counted towards the $4,000 Personal Volume requirement to earn the 10% Personal Volume Rebate.

Three of the nine (9) legs need to be personally sponsored, Paid-as Senior Director (or above) for that commission month. 40% of the $100,000 GV requirement ($40,000) must be generated from outside of the strongest leg (unencumbered volume).

*** At the Director, Senior Director, Executive Director and all Presidential Director Levels, 40% of the Group Volume has to be outside of your strongest Director leg.
