BIOPRO Cell Chip
Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do I need to do anything to the appliance before I apply the BIOPRO Cell Chip?
A. For best adhesion, clean the area with a mild soap and water. Apply the BIOPRO Cell Chips to a dry, flat surface.
Q. Can I move my BIOPRO Cell Chip from one cell phone to another cell phone?
A. BIOPRO does NOT recommend moving a Cell Chip from one phone to another- unless it is the exact same make and model of the original cell phone. Different phones emit and receive different frequency ranges, and because of that reason, the Chips cannot be transferred.
Q. Will the BIOPRO Cell Chip affect the signal strength of my phone?
A. NO! The BIOPRO Cell Chip will NOT affect the signal strength of your cell phone.
Q. Is the BIOPRO Cell Chip water and heat resistant?
A. Yes, the BIOPRO Cell Chip is water and heat resistant.
Q. What is the difference between the BIOPRO Cell Chip and the BIOPRO Universal Chip?
A. While both chips contain the same patented polymer material, there are 3 key differences between the BIOPRO Universal Chips and the BIOPRO Cell Chip: The size of the chips, their shapes, and their packaging. The Cell chip is packaged individually and in a 4 pack, while the Universal Chips come in packs of 2, 6 and 12.
Q. If I use the BIOPRO HandsFree Headset, do I still need to put a Cell Chip on my phone?
A. Yes, you still want to have the BIOPRO Cell Chip on your cell phone. The best combination to address both the exposure to EMR emitted from your cell phone and providing you with hands-free convenience is by using the BIOPRO Cell Chips and the BIOPRO HandsFree Headset together.
Q. How does the patented MRET polymer get injected into the BIOPRO Cell Chip? How can I detect the MRET polymer inside the Chip?
A. Yes. Please refer to the following document.
Q. How long is the MRET polymer effective?
A. The MRET Polymer in the Cell Chips and Universal Chips has a minimum 3 year (36 month) life from the time it is applied to the Cell Phone, Computer, Microwave, etc. Please be aware that the Cell Chips and Universal Chips may need to be replaced after having been applied to these devices for a period of 36 months.
