Q. Why do I need to use a Hands Free Headset, if I already have the BIOPRO Cell Chip on my phone?
A. The BIOPRO Cell Chips do harmonize the EMFs being emitted from your cell phone. However, a conventional Headset (not BIOPRO Wireless Headset) actually attracts outside EMFs from other electronic devices. The wiring that connects your cell phone to the earpiece works as a magnet for outside EMFs. Therefore, BIOPRO introduced the Wireless Hands Free Headset because it comes with an airtube, therefore not attracting outside EMFs.
Q. Does the BIOPRO Headset work with all phones?
A. The BIOPRO Headset has been designed to work with most phones in the marketplace. The plug to be inserted into your cell phone, is the universal (2.3 mm jack) singular plug. Some cell phone companies have launched new models with different plugs that require that you use their brand’s specific accessories. To use our Headset with a cell phone with a unique plug, please purchase an “adaptar.” These adaptars can be purchased at any Cell Phone Company’s store, and usually run fairly inexpensive.
Q. Do I need to apply an EMF Harmonization Chip to the earpiece of my BIOPRO Hands Free Headset?
A. No, the Hands Free Headset is “wireless” therefore not emitting or attracting any EMFs. BIOPRO recommends that the cell phone in which it is plugged into, should have the EMF Harmonization Chip applied to it.
Q. How long is the connection between the earpiece and the plug that goes into the cell phone?
A. 45 inches, which allows plenty of mobility and ability to use the Headset more freely!
Q. How does the earpiece fit?
A. The earpiece fits extremely comfortable! It has a 5-way adjustable earpiece, and has a patented earpiece design.
Q. Why does BIOPRO have an “airtube?”
A. The BIOPRO Headset keeps radiation away from the head by using a hollow "air-tube" to transmit sound from a speaker located at a distance from the head. Tube and earpiece contain no metal conductors, hence virtually eliminating any radiation otherwise present in conventional hands-free units.
Q: Most Headsets are very difficult to hear the other party. The volume always seems lower than my cell phone’s volume. How does the BIOPRO Headset compare?
A: Once you adjust the speaker volume on your cell phone (the handset), any issues should disappear. On most phones, there is a settings item on the menu that allows you to adjust volume transferred to headsets, etc. As to the reasons for the apparent lower base volume setting on our headset, please note that the sounds being created in the speaker attached below the air-tube, and then it travels through the air-tube upward ( which is the very reason for the headset to have 98% less radiation than a conventional headset.) In conventional headsets, the sound is being produced in the earpiece itself, hence the radiation-attracting wire which runs all the way up against your head (not healthy) plus you have a static inside your ear because of the positioning of the bud.
